The person that attempted to do my pedicure did not know what a pink and white french was. I should've walked out then. She didnt trim my nails and when she filed into the skin of my big toe and saw blood she didn't touch the other foot. She then proceeded with the pumice bar....spending more time on the top and sides of my foot and the arch than on the calloused parts. I stopped her and asked her just to put on the polish. It's not pretty. The front desk person said she had no authority to adjust the price but that she would call the owner who would certainly call me and make it right. 24 hours later and still no call. I would give zero stars if I could. I don't blame the person who did this. She obviously hasn't gone to school for this. I blame the owner.

I thoroughly enjoy every minute that I spend in Pampered and Polished Spa during every visit with Julia, Karen and Serena. My husband even enjoys it while reading his book. Patty

I just started coming here 4Q 2016, and Serena is helping me go all gray as my roots are growing out. Other Hair Stylists were not even willing to help me with this! I've also had a wonderful facial here and Serena does a great job on hair cuts/styles, too. Plus, it's an adorable house that has been reconfigured into a salon! Try them!

Cindy does a great job in my hair. I have thick, naturally curly hair and it always looks great because of her!
