In December I bought a fire7 for my granddaughter for Christmas and just like each and every other item I've purchased from Best Buy I asked for the warranty plan to be added on, as I always do. Come to find out the Best Buy employees did not add my warranty plan and now I'm stuck with either going through the manufacturer which will take dame near 2-3 weeks, if not a month. And now they tell me I would have to go through Amazon to get to get in touch with a manufacturer Wow all because an Best Buy's employees incompetent/Mistakes Will definitely be finding a new electronic store to go to

Shoppers beware! They ruined my car and do not care! They have now caused over $5,000 worth of damages to my car that they are clearly at fault over and they have responded by being unacceptable and unprofessional. I brought in my new car with less than 200 miles on it to have them place a remote starter in it. I was ASSURED that they would have a trained professional installing the remote starter. Here I am to find out that when they placed it they cut into MULTIPLE wires they hade no business cutting into causing my car to not only have significant wiring problems, but for some of the wires to start melting and catch ON FIRE while I was driving it??? And their response is to simply forward me to their insurance claims who are now refusing to return my emails and calls. All the while my car sits in the shop having all of the wiring that THEY very clearly ruined getting replaced on my new car. I am now on week THREE of not having my car with a bill escalating to over $5,000 and Best Buy is refusing to return my calls. Unacceptable.

The 15 day return policy is ridiculous. I have bought many items from best buy over the years and have never had to return anything. So I was unaware of this unfriendly policy.

I picked up a charging cable and they said that if it wasn't the part I needed that I could return it right away. I didn't even walk out of the store after purchasing it and opened it and they didn't mind. This layout is different than the store that we have in our town but it carries the same type of stuff. I thought the sales clerk was pleasant and he did a good job helping me out.

The phone team in this store is the worst. They have no idea what there doing. And can't help me with any of the problems I'm having with my phone. I got to any other best buy and they can help me. And the managers here are just about the same. I suggest going to another store if you want NE service this store barely knows how to sell products.
