Not happy with joy stick on game,thay came and adjested,it was worse,told it was under 30 day warrenty,i have tryed calling repeatedly and left messages, and stopped in and even seen one at a wedding who said he would be by or take care of it and nothing has happened just this week I finally stopped in and made an appointment to pay them two upgrade the board in the machine so it would have more games on it , at a cost of about $175 and they are more than willing to come out and do that and change out the joystick I've had the game for a year. My last experience was when I bought a jukebox from them, it worked fine, once there were problems I contacted them they sent someone over not for free he worked on it I paid him money but the problem was soon back and worse than ever now but it is been quite a few years now, I asked them this week if they could fix it and they don't have anybody to fix it and referred me to someone else who can fix it and I have made an appointment with them. All I am saying basically is if you buy equipment from them be prepared to have someone else work on it, don't know if they are just too busy or what since they are getting rid of the machines just not interested in doing any after work. Which is okay only thing is they should say that and not say they will call you back and then no call over and over and over, I has a serviceman in a different field have forgotten to call people but not over and over and over and if they ever come into my shop it would get taken care of promptly. They do have new games and lots of fun games the grandkids have a great time when they come over and that's what it's all about.
