Until this year, I was extremely satisfied and recommended Advantage to several friends who also joined. The personal concierge was a big feature during my late husband's long illness. I have had Network Medicare Advantage since it was first offered but 2017 has been a different story entirely. Under the new ownership, customer service is non-existent. Calling the phone number means an endless hold and nobody ever answers. Leave your phone number for call-back as directed, never received a call back. Network, you need to improve vastly. Other than customer service, bills are paid in timely manner.

Worst customer service I have experienced. I can’t make a payment with them they can’t get their processing in order even set up automatic payment they can’t get that right. And never get a phone call that the payment never went threw. (After they ran it 6 times in a row setting off a fraud protection with my bank). Also when u tell them to run it they don’t. So they drop you and don’t tell you. And then you have to sit on hold for 2 hours to reach someone, it’s like you have to take a day off just to talk to someone. And when you get threw to someone they say they will look into it and never call you back. It’s been three weeks. I don’t have time to sit on a phone on hold for over a hour 8 times a month just to talk to someone. And on top of that they preapproved me to go to mayo just have to follow the guidelines and they denied the whole visit.

I have been with them for years and we have certainly USED our plan. They have always been more than helpful. I think they are a great company!

What has happened to their customer service? On hold for over 15 minutes! Perhaps they need to hire some additional help? Especially since enrollment season is right around the corner!

My husband pays huge monthly premiums for our insurance. We have varying copays for things like doctor visits, ER, etc (which has been going up $5 every year) as well as a $300 deductible and $12,700 out of pocket costs. I am unable to have a much-needed surgery for endometriosis because we don't have the amount we need for out of pocket (no, we don't have an HSA but even then I don't think it would help us out much in this case). We live paycheck to paycheck, especially now that I am out of work, but still don't qualify for medical assistance because my husband "makes too much". I've checked into supplemental insurance but it only covers up to $1500 in surgical costs. So keep suffering with debilitating pain it is. Thank you, Network Health.
