Referred to this neuro by primary care physician and made this appointment over a month and a half ago. I was a little skeptical after reading all these reviews online of people claiming their appointments were cancelled the DAY scheduled. Well guess what?? My appointment FOR TODAY that I have been waiting through six weeks of migraines for WAS CANCELLED this morning! I even got a reminder yesterday AND earlier this morning of my scheduled time, and a call stating there is a $100 charge for appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice. Guess what...I had to schedule unpaid time off work to make this work. Our time is valuable as well, I wish I could charge for Z no notice... I'll be requesting a different specialist as soon as my primary care office opens.

I,'ve been seeing a Neurologist here for approx. 2 years she hasn't gotten to the root of the pain. They cancel 3 times the morn. Of the appt. Who does That? Thank God my pain is Gone.

My wife has had 3 seizures since 8/30 and went to the er on 9/9 when they said ct scan and bloodwork looked fine so she would need to see a neurologist for an eeg. We called that day, on 9/9, and set up the first available appointment for today 10/3 at 1:30pm. While waiting for the appointment, my wife had another seizure on 9/24. Finally 10/3 gets here and the office calls to reschedule the appointment the morning of the appointment?!? Their next available isn't until the end of November or beginning of December?!? Unacceptable!
