As I was shopping I turned down an isle a staff member was in, sorting out clothes. I said "hey how's your day going?", with rolling eyes she looked me up and down and did not say a word. I continued to shop down that isle cause her bad day wasn't going to effect my pleasant one. She continued to grunt and stare me down as I was shopping through that isle making it really uncomfortable. After sharing my experience with the closest employee to a manager there she said "she technically doesn't work here and only puts clothes back, she told us she doesn't like dealing with customers as well " 
The staff members I shared the issue with was polite but I told her if you're paying someone to work at your establishment then they get to love working with the customers and not make them feel like a burden while shopping in a clothing store

I would give zero stars if I could. Brought in 2 paper bags of higher end clothing. It too then an HOUR (it was 1pm and only one other person was in the store) for them to tell me that they won’t take anything. I’m over platos honestly. I’ve been doing way better on Poshmark.

Worst experience I had as far as customer service. Waited over 2 hours for a reply when my clothing was far from done being sorted for selling. I did not receive a text I instead went inside the store to ask. I was ignore by three girls who talked among one another and pretended I was not there for a good 5 minutes. Next my clothing, that I have  purchased within the year, was told that it was outdated. The cashier dumped my clothing on the floor and told me 'have a nice day'. They hire teens with attitude that's why this place gets a low 2.5star rating. Take your clothing somewhere else.

This is probably the most enormous Plato's I've ever been in! Makes the ones in Harwood Heights and Downtown Chicago look tiny. Their selection is great and I couldn't help but get a cart-full. (just fyi they do not do the stamp cards at this location). I agree with the other reviews about customer service, the teens here are either rude or silent but I'm not gonna let that stop me from getting nice clothes. The store is pretty clean; I shop here for hours sometimes! average $10 for pants, $8 for shoes, $10 for dresses etc, very inexpensive.

This is a very nice, up-scale thrift store for people who love amazing steals. I got 2 tank tops from American Eagle Outfitters and Monteau(Macy's), and a blouse from Hollister. They were all for a total of $13! I didn't really find anything wrong with the customer service. Very nice shop, I will go there again.
