I've been going here for years for all of my uniform and accessory needs and today's visit was just as amazing. The most friendly, knowledgeable staff, fantastic array of uniform brands, great prices and just all around high quality. Holy smokes!   What an awesome selection of colors, sizes, brands and styles!    Lots of tall sized pants which really rocked my world!   I have never seen such a huge selection.....the owner Russ was very helpful and friendly with a knowledge of his products and was not at all pushy which is a plus in my book when I am shopping!   I will definitely come back.....

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I went in the first time and a young man asked if he could help me, I told him the brand I was looking for and size. He than began to help me while he was complaining about a costumer that was in the dressing room. Then when I went to pay at the register the lady upfront also made some comment about her. The second time I went in the man who appears to be the owner is extremely rude! I was trying to ask him a couple questions but he disregarded me and went to help someone else, he looked bothered by the fact that I needed help. What made me really write this review is when I went in today. Both times that I went in I was never asked if I was aware of the return policy or even explained it. Some people may read the fine print on the bottom of the receipt and most others forget, like me. When I expressed that no one said anything to me, he said it wasn't his problem pretty much. He is just so unfriendly and impolite. I WILL NEVER RETURN AFTER USING THE STORE CREDIT! There are so many other Scrub ECT stores with better customer service that anyone should go instead of here.

I have the most positive experience every time I shop at Scrubs Etc. The staff have excellent knowledge on all the products they offer. Russ and Mary are the most friendly individuals and always helpful and happy to see me and other staff from my company. They offer a generous discount everytime you shop. please check out their store for the best experience!
