The building was just remodeled in Nov. 2017 and I can I say it was for the better. They have machines here to measure pressure points and arch height in your feet. Always good customer service. My only gripe is with New Balance as a whole. I as a person with 6E wide feet, they never have that width in the lifestyle section of shoes. I'm 21 and in college, I can't really shop anywhere else because of my size and I'd just like to have more variety outside of your typical New Balance "old people shoe." Quality of the shoe can be hit or miss. I've had shoes last years and others only 7 months.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff (know which styles run large, small, footbed differences, etc) who are honest (this says it's a running shoe but don't run in it!). Clean, bright, attractive storefront. Near-infinite inventory; more size options than I ever knew existed.

Fantastic service. Knowledgeable staff that taught me about my shoe fit and arches, got me set up with VERY comfortable shoes (998s).  Thanks!

I purchased a pair of shoes from new balance online. I decided that the style I purchased wasn't what I wanted. I called the number on the website which was answered by a "customer service representative". She informed me that making my return to the store would not be a problem. Today I walked into the store and was told that I can not make that return in store. This was a waste of my time and gas as the store is 30 minutes from my home. The in store rep was not helpful and did not try to solve my problem. She was far more interested in getting back to what she was doing. I understand policy, but the rep on the phone should have inquired about the style so I could have saved a trip.

We went here today to look for some new shoes for me. We got to the store at 12pm which is the opening time. They had 2 other people in the store. They had 3 employees working and one of the ladies just said men's shoes are over there and that was it. We stood around for another 5 minutes with no other person asking if we needed help. Worst customer service I have had in a long time. We also drove all the way from Gardner. I will never go back here again.
