They need more help... I had to wait in a long line just to get help getting some shoes that were up high... Then when the associate noticed the size I needed was within reach she gave me a look like I was an idiot... The associate not running the cash register walked past the long line several times just casually doing her own thing... She should have stopped stocking shoes and offered to help. The attendant at the cash register was very friendly and attentive.

Do not shop here.  They hang very deceiving sales signs and then bait and switch at the register.  If a store marks a section as $30, everything on that shelf should be $30.  "Oh well it says on select styles".  Yes it does.  In 8 point font.
WILL NOT BE BACK.

I had a problem with the boots I purchased. I took them back to the store, and was helped by Assistant Manager Cosby. She was very kind and courteous. She did not hesitate to solve my problem. She even had to go to the back of the store and go through inventory to find the certain size of boot I wear. The whole time she helped me she had a smile on her face and did not hesitate to check on me to make sure I was alright after she brought out different pairs of shoes for me to try on. Cosby is a very valuable asset to that store, and I would recommend asking for her if you have any issues.

Love my Skechers! The most comfortable shoes, tennis shoes, boots and sandals I have ever worn. Can go all day and my feet do not hurt.

Had a very helpful polite man help me at 119th /glenwood store.  A different guy than is usually there! The regular guy is friendly enough,and will be helpful if you ask him. However with a line at the desk he disapeared leaving one person to ring everyone out,when it could have been 2 of them. Unecessarily long waits to check out here sometimes. 
Otherwise good. Would like to see more colors and interesting mens casual shoes in the sketchers line, at the retail outlets..
