Went in Saturday afternoon, only 1 other customer, however there were 3 staff members present.
One made eye contact with me; a few times while she was helping the other person, however that was it ...I spent 20 minutes in the store, half of it sitting on the bench.
No one came up and ask me if I was looking for something, or anything ...I left as I was tired of no service, sham as now I'll have to drive out to Delta next week, as New Balance is the one I trust for width ....expected so much more ...I might try them again next week .....to see if the experience is better
