Placed an order for a rental of a Michael Kors tux for my event on June 9th and was called and informed that my tux had arrived early. I order a slim fit tux and was eager to try it on. I went in and noticed the quality of the tux was disgusting and was something MIchael Kors would never put their name on. It was a cheap suit made in China with the Michael Kors label sewed on to it. That aside, after trying on the tux it was several sizes too big and was not slim fitting at all, the pants were baggy and the entire ensemble looked sloppy. The salesman I dealt with in person was extremely apologetic and told me a new suit would be ordered and that everything would be fine. I received a call today from the nastiest salesman who's name I didn't even catch and he told me that I received what I ordered and the reason it didn't look like the picture is because I am several sizes larger than the man in the photo. That has no correlation to the fact that the suit was a slim fit and the pants were swimming on me. He insisted that there was nothing he could do except change it to an ultra-slim fit which would be a charge of $75.00. From the moment I stepped in this place had sketch written all over it and I would never do repeat business with them, I now have to rush and find another tuxedo rental last minute and dispute this with my credit card company. Never again!!!!!

I was looking for a place that had designer clothing at a great price and i was so pleased when i found this store right by the mall. The customer service was great and the store was presented well. If your looking for great suits, great service and great prices this is the place to go!

Great customer service! Service with a personal touch. If you're looking for a suit that is perfectly made for you, Zee is your man! Also, Guy had great customer service and hooked me up with a great deal. All in all today was a good day.

I got an email for the grand opening at their new location by the mall, so I decided to give them a visit and pick up a little something for a special event. I gotta say that I got nothing but excellent service as always. Beautiful new store, great familiar faces as always. Thx again guys!

Needed a tuxedo was about to go to menswearhouse, than saw this new store right by Richmond savings bank. Walked in store Zee the manager helped me rented a Michael kor's tuxedo at $179 my friend went to menswearhouse paid over $250, so if your looking to save money and get a great deal this is place to go!!!!!
