The employees are very rude, and condescending. They need training in how to talk to someone who isn't a woman, was helping my girlfriend find a dress in her size and I went to her fitting room to tell her that they didn't have her size, and was met by a rude employee yelling at me saying "MEN aren't allowed back here, you need to leave" I understand the policy, but learn to speak like an adult and not a 5 year old throwing a tantrum. Do not shop here, it's ridiculous.

The lady (manager) was very nice, helpful and accommodating to my wife.

The store manager at this location is rude and cold. I didn't even work with her yesterday when I went to the store, but saw her interaction with other employees and customers and thought she came off extremely rude as if she felt she were higher above the customers. I have never had a problem with NewYork and Company from all the years I've been shopping there until now. It's also really sad to see that this is at the Short Pump location which should be providing top notch customer service.

Hailey, the store manager at New York and Company at Short Pump Towne Center is fantastic! I had bought my mother hundreds of dollars worth of clothes for Christmas and lost the receipt. Hailey went above and beyond to help me. I have never experienced such kindness. As a previous retail store manager myself, I know how stressful this job can be and I sincerely appreciate her generosity and compassion. New York and Company is lucky to have her as their store manager! Thanks Hailey!

Have come here for online exchange as well as shopping. Never had a problem. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. The store is well organized. Thanks
