RUDE STAFF. NOT HELPFUL. I have rented from Enterprise numerous times in the Dallas area where I’m from. They always have great staff, and are helpful and friendly. I’ve paid with my bank card and/or cash numerous times. This location did not even offer for me to pay cash. Instead, she quickly and rudely dismissed me. I wish I had caught her name, but I was so disturbed by her attitude I just left. I do NOT recommend using this particular location. I’m sure there are more friendly staff at other locations.

Due to heavy spring break rental demand my full size car wasn’t available but they up graded me to a new SUV at no additional cost.  All employees acted very professionally and show full respect to the client.  They are very efficient.  I will choose this site when I need another rental car while in The Woodlands.

The staff was very friendly and professional.  The car smelled like someone smoked in it and I was downgraded on the car(company trip so no room to complain since I am not paying).  They should definitely check these vehicles out and remove them from the line before sending them back out to the fleet if they smell like smoke. :-(

Did not get a car from them, rude and inconciderate. They don't inform you of all the stipulations on the website. Like you have to rent from an enterprise near the address on your driver's license if you live local at least that's what they told me once I got in there the day I was supposed to leave for vacation. I will never use them again.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! 

Tried to come here once and they refused me service! Told me they would lock the gate with me in it if I didn't have someone to pick the rental up before they close. 

I also had another incident today, were my insurance Gieco rented a car from them for me. They came to pick me up and then said they would be back with the car. Geico called them them and said they won't give me a car!

I've called in to the corporate number to complain 2 different times and never received a call back. 

If you want to be taken care of go to Hertz down the road. They took care of me and laughed when I told them about what they did. The mentioned it happens all the time.
