Haven't been there since college days almost 10 years ago. The place cleans up good! It used to have a much more hippie vibe to it. Love the produce

The prices here are ridiculous.  The same exact things I can buy at Safeway or Nob Hill are about 25% higher.  When I checked out, I unloaded all my stuff on to the checkout conveyor belt and after this, the checker at the next station asked me to move over to her register since she had just opened up.  So I gathered up all my items, in my arms, and walked to the next register.  By the time I got there, some guy came running up and started pulling his items on ahead of me.  The checker, who had asked me to move over said nothing and did nothing.  So I carried everything back to my original line.  There, the person who was ahead of me had checked.  So I was next; only the checker here had never completed the transaction.  The woman before me had to be chased down in the parking lot and had to come back and completely redo the ATM payment process.  This place is a joke.

A great community market with locations throughout Santa Cruz County. Each store offers numerous products for healthy and organic choices. Staff members are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

Great local foods market. Despite being acquired by an out of state grocer (New Seasons, Portland, Oregon) in late 2013, this store continues to feature its most valued products and principles: its employees, local, fresh, organic produce and sustainable products from green businesses. If supporting regional and local businesses is important to you then come here for the best selection before going further.
