Busy like crazy! Lots of dogs! Few store assistants to answer questions compared with the amount of customers. Yet, they did have the molding we were looking for, and at a reasonable price, and we were able to pay for it and arrange for delivery at the customer service desk without a wait. So, I'm a happy customer overall!!

Good for the most part but the issue I had with them was in their garden section. Bought a cactus with beautiful yellow blooms on top of it only to find out two weeks later that they were actually glued on the cactus, so not only was I deceived into thinking it was naturally blooming but the cactus will have those blooms on it forever.

A good hardware store, but they take their name seriously, if it isn't for your home they probably don't have it.
Most of the workers here know their job quite well, they carry quite a range of products, and the prices are quite good.
Home Depot does make me pine a bit for the old-time hardware stores or you could buy bits to fix or build machines as well, but that does not seem to be the modern way.

Why is going to HD so much fun?  Employees and selection.  HD has the greatest experts in most departments, and huge selection.

Usual well laid out diy store with average quality products at reasonable prices. They didnt have stock that the website said they should.
