Ross Cochran above^ was someone that caused issues the entire trip. He caused a lot of drama and complained the whole time, trying to fight with all the customers on the trip. It started out with him not paying on time (still owes us most of the trip money) and not having his passport when trying to go overseas. We changed his flight and paid the late fees on our dime and back to Africa and was mad when he missed a few days of the trip trying to blame it on us. He complains about everything and as the only one on the trip that has issues if it didn't go his way, even if that meant we had to change plans for the 20+ people on the trip so we could do what he wanted. We have thousands of people that take our trips over the last 30 years and as you can see we only have one bad review. We have taken professional athletes from the NFL and hundreds of high quality clients and they have all said South Africa was the best trip of their lives. WARNING!!! BE CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TRAVELS TO SOUTH AFRICA.

Bill sold us on a trip to Cape Town. 

Well it turns out it is not actually in Cape Town. He put us up in shared apartments 2 hours away from Cape Town and thought it would be ok to bus all of the group back and forth 4 hours each day. Sitting in a bus for 1/2 the day every day was not what we were sold on initially.

In the itinerary he gave us names for hotels we were going to stay at and that all changed once we got into town. Really frustrating when you pay for a trip and get something else. We left the group and had to pay for a $200 ride to Cape Town and over $1000 in hotels in addition to the $1950 that he charged us for the "Cape Town trip"

Total scam. I would not trust this company
