I am not happy with the service i got here.... i bought a herringbone gold necklace from them about 3 months ago. Initially the necklace looked great but after 2 and a half months the metal started to bend almost to the point of broken on the ends.. (I have bought a fake gold necklace from walmart that has lasted wayyyy longer so you can understand my frustration)... so he tells me he can fix it one time for free and after that i will have to pay, he was supposed to make the necklace a little shorter to get rid of the broken part.... when i pick up the necklace the next day i got home and noticed he didnt repair it he just glued down the area so it appeared to be fixed.... i will never shop with these shiesty people ever again

If I could put a negative review. I would. My first time walking into the shop it looked nice after I walked past the gold plated jewlery. Then I asked a simple question what was the price for gold today and they got offended and started to being real rude. The man immediate response was "well who is going to pay for it to get made and who is going to buy the initial gold to craft it. Not you!" I said," all I did was ask a question." And his rebuttal was, "YEA!" And walked away. I buy gold all the time and never felt as disrespected as I did waking in to this store. If you like being disrespected and treated as if your money don't matter. Then this is the best place for you !

I placed an order for a custom charm & paid half the cost. When I went to pick it up, I was so disappointed! The quality was the worst I have ever seen! It was uneven, one side was bigger than the other, it was chipped, it looked like something a 5 year old did. He tried to say it won't be perfect because it's a custom and it's a machine that does the cutting. I don't care they will remake it until I'm satisfied since it's no refunds. Will NOT be doing any shopping here after this!
