I purchased a 2017 Rolex Deep sea from the Schiffmans and I couldn't have been happier. I dealt with them 100% over the phone and it was extremely smooth. They delivered the watch to my office and it came in perfect condition.

Highly suggest doing business with them for your high end watches and jewelry, I would honestly pay a little more to them than another store just based on the customer service I received. 6/5

Fantastic personal service and knowledge. Having a very particular husband who is "challenging" to buy for, the options that were presented (in a very patient manner) were on point. Jeff went the extra mile to have the gift delivered in a very short time frame, as well. My husband was thoroughly surprised and more than pleased with his gift. Schiffman's is definitely our "go-to" - they go above and beyond for their customers.

I made a purchase last week at your establishment. I love the fact that there is always a police officer stationed at your store. It makes me feel better about my personal safety. When I came into the store it was very busy. All of your staff was busy waiting on other people. The police officer told us as soon as someone was available he would direct them to me. He then offered me something to drink. After about 5 mins some one became available. The police officer direct them to me. I think her name was Millie. She was very knowledgeable and personable. I was finishing up my purchase when the Police officer asked me if I would like him to walk with me to my car. I accept. It’s awesome to have real customer service in retail, where so many claim but very few carry it out. Thank you for providing outstanding customer service!

I have been purchasing jewelry at Shiffmans for about two years now and that alone should tell you something. I would not spend my hard earned money with people I didn’t trust and didn’t receive great service. They have the best selection and the best knowledge. Highly recommend.

My family has been going to Schiffman's for generations. The service you receive at Schiffman's is unmatched and the time and care they put into making sure you love your selection makes the process pretty special. I wouldn't go anywhere else for Jewelry needs.
