Everyone is so nice and friendly as long as you're  buying something. But if you get a gift from someone and you already have it. You can kiss these so called ladies goodbye.. 1st you must have a receipt. We just want to exchange it. 
That charm has been retired. Nothing we can do! Something I can do.  Never buy from you again.

I have never had an issue finding a charm the ladies (wife, mom, and sister) in my life. The help is always great and friendly.

They were a small store, but they had exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a necklace to match the charm I had bought from Pandora, and they gave my girlfriend a few to choose from. I would come here again if I needed to buy more jewelry.
