NEXT to never again. Hidden charges, masked in fine print. Upcharges by the hour.  Refusal to turn down their insurance without a hard copy statement when I have coverage. Rude service. Multiple employees on site but only one counter personnel transacting business with customers waiting. Should have known I was in trouble when the customer in front of me turned, looked at me and said good luck. I walked out and paid the same cost as a walk in at Sixt during high season in Orlando FL.

Do not rent from this place they are very unprofessional. They charge me a smoking fee when I don't smoke and there's no smoking sign in the car nor did they say no smoking in the car when I picked it up. I will never rent from them anymore.

Avoid renting from this company! Manager Jarrod and employee Shirley are extremely unprofessional! I returned a vehicle I rented and was charged over $100 more for a fee that neither Jarrod nor Shirley could adequately explain to me. Shirley was unnecessarily aggressive because there were a few empty water bottles left in the vehicle and Jarrod who I presume is the manager did nothing but echo her sentiments! I’ve been a long time customer of nextcar but I refuse to stand for this disrespect and will never do business with them again!

Even one star rating is too much.
Employees are very rude and insists to purchase rental car insurance. 
I rent a car last month. I was attracted about rental car price since it was about ~ 10% less than other rental car company near around.
But service is the worst and car condition is also the worst. It is not price-worse. Don't be a next victim.
