I forgot a parking permit hung on the rear view mirror after dropping the car at that location. I called office staff and they didn't seem they would help. I have also created a lost item ticket online but no response. It has been more than two weeks now and they don't seem to care.

Great customer service! I accept to choose Hertz-College Park through an insurance vehicle accident claim. I thought it was very nice that the staffer picked me up from my collision repair location, since I thought only Enterprise only did that service. However, the only downfall I didn't like about choosing the College Park location is that theirs not enough staffer (I only seen 2 people working there, the lady that drove all the way to pick me up and another staffer working at the office) and for it being inside a hotel. Very odd and its hard to find. Other than that, the rental car was great, and the service was great.

I visited this facility twice. For the first time I met a great employee Cony who served me to the best and earned my respect but the second time I went I met the manager who is extremely slow, did not provide answers to basic questions. 

I would have give it 1 star but the second one is for Cony. Hertz need more employees like her and need to provide Customer Service training to their on site Manager.

The receptionist was nice and attentive. Price was affordable and the car was great. I always go with hertz and this one in college park is always great. Make sure to reserve your car in advance because they're always busy here.
