I received great customer service from the representatives. My specific rep inspected the car I had reserved and decided to give me another car, which ended up being better for me. They did not hassle me and my in and out process was quick and painless. I recommend Hertz in Route 1

Had a reservation set and I called ahead to confirm what I needed paperwork-wise to pick up the car, paid a cab to get there and they tell me that there was something else I was missing (which they never mentioned) that I needed to get in order to get the car, so now I had to pay a car to bring me back and forth because of their negligence, I tell the lady at the desk I'll be cutting it close to closing time because of this so can they wait for me 5 to 10 min MAX while I get it? No. They can't. 

I spent money unnecessarily AND now I don't have transportation to go to work.

All they said was that whoever talked to me was the lady from the previous shift so there was nothing they could do 😠😠

I was assigned to Hertz by my insurance company while my claim was on. They set me up with a car that was an initial damaged and try to pin it on me. The damage signs were visible but I didn't make much of it at the time I rented it out. I pointed out what looked like a crack at the time. When the part came off the car, they took the car back and filled a claim on me damaging their vehicle, leaving me with no means of transportation. I never had a problem with them until now.

The car we rented had significant damage to the body work from an accident and inside the car wasn't clean as usual at the Laurel, MD location. Want rent there again. Shame on you Hertz.
