This place is outstanding! I went in last week to ask one of the mechanics about tire options on a Specialized Sirrus that I purchased in 2014. The employee (I believe his name was Aaron) was super knowledgable and he helped me pick out new tires and fenders. He then installed everything while also helping another customer order a new bike. Oh he was also training a new employee... an awesome employee at a great shop. I got my first bike at Nicollet South when I was a kid and it will be the first place I stop when I'm in the market for a new bike.

This is an amazing store with surprisingly good new bike prices and lots of bike accessories. The staff is nice and helpful and I feel they did a great job at making the place feel cozy. Might not want to go in though if your severely allergic to dogs.

Great staff and service. Always clearance to check out. Good place to peruse without being hounded, you can take your time with no pressure to pick or purchase.

After thoroughly abusing my bike all winter Nicollet Bike Shop fixed it up like brand new. Their estimate was accurate and their prices are fair. They did excellent, professional work without being all judgy with the state I left my bike in. I would recommend them.
