Valley Bike's mechanics have bailed me out at the last minute not once but twice before major off-road bikepacking journeys. Apparently I have a knack for breaking something on my bike during the final hours of my prep before really long rides. Twice I've rushed into the shop during their evening hours, past the time I'm supposed to leave town, and they've stopped what they're doing to fix my bike. Both times they were efficient, thorough, and got the job done within an hour while I waited AND for a reasonable price too!

Excellent customer service. I worked with John and Erik. Both were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I just bought my second bike from valley bike and ski - with their free 2 year unlimited service policy and friendly customer service, there is not a better local bike shop around.

I took my six month old grandson's stroller in for a wheel repair on a Sunday, I arrived ten minutes before they opened and there were people lined up waiting to get in. This was the day before a holiday and I just knew it would take a few days for a call saying it was done, after all it was a stroller not a bike but they called me that same afternoon letting me know it was done. I was so happy and impressed. It was a great feeling knowing I was a valued customer. Thank you

Their customer service never ceases to amaze me, they're great! I became a loyal customer in 2012 when the other big names in town couldn't help me out for 1-2 weeks. I was in a pinch due to a race that weekend and VBS fit me in even though they were also jammed up with Spring business...they made it work. I bought 4 bikes and have had them do my service ever since.

Been a customer for over 6 years purchased ski's, bike that I have had plenty of service done as well as aftermarket parts installed at their shop. Called today b/c my bike was stolen and I am trying to get restitution, I called and asked if they could look up my account and email me the receipts. They looked up my account and said looks like we have all of the records, but we cannot email them to you because we are too busy you will have to email US and we will look into into next week. So customer service only applies if you are currently making a purchase, if not you can wait till next week.
