Outstanding service. I went in for a new bike seat/saddle. Tia helped me find one and then spent a considerable amount of time installing it on my seat post (w/o charging me for their time).

UPDATE Spring 2017: The people are friendly enough, but why does every service request need to be a "package"? When I go to the car mechanic I can tell them I want to replace X fluid. Apparently, can't do that at Penn Cycle? I just wanted a new brake cable installed and next thing I know I'm in some sort of "package" for $77?

Penn Cycle has always provided exceptional service when I have been buying a new bike or getting service done. I've purchased a number from them over the years. I'm a huge advocate to supporting your local bike shop and Penn Cycle should be on the top of your list.

Great experience! Bucky just spent 15 minutes in the rain, adjusting my carrier and educating me on how to properly and safely use it. Thank you Penn Cycle! I will be back.

Bought a Giant Roam there, great bicycle, and wanted a Giant but they mostly stocked Trek because they sell lots of Treks.  Not being one to follow the herd I was a bit disappointed but found the bike I wanted anyways.  Overall good service.
