I have had all of my insurance policies with Carol Flores State Farm firm for years. Her staff are wonderful,
particularly -Drew. All of my questions are answer quickly and professionally. Drew and others are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. When Carol answers the phone, she handle anything right away.  I actually had a car accident - The 405, be careful there... State farm took care of everything...

Carol Flores and her team are excellent!  They have helped me navigate multiple difficult issues this month and over the years.  I've received top-notch customer service.   Carol even offers a new driver orientation with you teen to emphasize the responsibilities of being a driver.  Her office has been great to work with in the 20+ years I have been a customer!

Carol and her team are always there to make sure their customers get the best possible coverage's. 

Carol was so nice in helping me with multiple coverage's of my own within few minutes involving both Auto and Home Insurance.

I highly recommend Carol Flores State Farm Insurance Agency for anyone who is looking for a good deal with their auto/home coverage!

I have auto and condo insurance with Carol Flores State Farm. Carol is patient and knowledgeable. My premiums is lower with the switch from another company  and Carol recommends coverage that is suitable for me keeping the balance between sufficient coverage and premium costs. The other staffs in the office are friendly,knowledgeable and helpful.  If you can't reach Carol; there is always someone who can help you during office hours. I have not have to leave messages and have to wait for someone to call me back. Emails are answered promptly as well. If you have any concerns ; it will be taken care of. I want to thank Drew who is always quick in helping me with the concerns I have. Carol and her team work hard to make sure I am covered.
