I'm not a fan of dealing with banks, credit card, or insurance companies.  Never in my life did I think that I would find an insurance company that I actually enjoy calling from time to time with various questions about my service.  The service from this team is nothing short of exceptional.   Pam has been my go-to person and has been amazing in every aspect.  I cannot recommend this team more.

Our family have been customers of Tim Crabtree since 1990 and we could not be more pleased with our relationship with Tim and his entire office! Over the past 25 years, they have helped us protect what we have grown together and are so happy to have a partnership with such a caring, responsive team. From auto to home to life to an umbrella policy, the team has helped us protect what we've grown and those we love.

When the unthinkable DID happen, we were able to process our claims quickly and get our home and autos back into working order. 

We appreciate the periodic check-in's and chatting with Monica - just in case we need her, have questions or wanting to review our policies. The customer service is outstanding! And, being customer service experts ourselves, we expect a lot - and they deliver.

If you want a company who is in it for the long haul - the relationship - you won't be disappointed with the Tim Crabtree Team!

I just relocated to the Bellevue area from California. I had been covered on my parents Allstate policy since I was 16. I knew getting a policy on my own and being under 25 would be expensive, but I was not prepared for the sticker shock quote my mom was given by Allstate in Bellevue.  

We decided to call around and phoned Tim Crabtree State Farm Agency.  We were greeted by Jordan Kehus.  My mom told him the coverage amounts I was looking for and he was happy to give us a quote.  He asked several questions about me to see if I qualified for certain discounts.  Jordan was professional, friendly and thorough.  The quote I was given by Jordan was half the price for 6 months coverage I was quoted by Allstate. And the State Farm policy was even better. I didn't need to look any further, I knew State Farm was the right fit for me!

Our experience with Jordan Kehus left my parents rethinking their Allstate California policy.  They will be calling a local State Farm Agency to see if they can cut their rates for the same or better coverage.  

Thanks Jordan for your outstanding customer service.  You rock!

First and foremost, I would have never envisioned that I would be writing a review for an insurance company. I am the kind of person that loves to write reviews for either really exceptional service or when I've had lousy service. I can definitely say that with this review I've had remarkable customer service. 

Chad has provided me with some of the most pain-free, helpful customer service I've ever received. I can imagine that purchasing insurance can be very dreadful for some people, however Chad takes any anxiety you might be feeling right out of the deal. He's thorough, understanding, listens to your needs and executes perfectly. 

I was referred to Chad from my boyfriend over a year and a half ago. When I first initially reached out to Chad for insurance quotes I did not sign up because of my busy lifestyle. I did however ask Chad if he could follow up with me from time to time regarding the quotes because I was sure to sign up (State Farm's quotes were so much better than my current insurance). Chad did an outstanding job periodically following up with me, about every 2 to 2 1/2 months either via phone or email. Flash forward about a year later and Chad calls me out of the blue. It just so happened that Chad caught me at the perfect moment and I had the time to finalize the insurance quotes. A few short, painless hours later I was signed up with State Farm. 

Since then I have also needed business insurance, and who do you think I went straight to? Chad, of course. I called him on a whim and within half an hour Chad had a quote for me, and within the next 2 hours I was in his office finalizing paperwork. 

I am a firm believer that exceptional customer service and attention to detail needs to be recognized, and Chad has fulfilled that and then some. I know as a business owner it is important to understand how your company is represented by its employees and I can say you should be honored to have Chad at your agency. I have nothing but praise for him! 

Thank you again State Farm (and Chad- you rock!)
