In the past few years we have had 3 claims at fault insurance drivers companies treated us better than GEICO. They are cheap because they send you to inferior repair facilities, who do marginal work, and then do it want to pay you fairly when it comes to your injuries. I would not recommend them.

This is not a location where claims agents work. The only people here seem to be sales representatives. We were hoping to speak face-to-face with an agent but, not only are there are none here, nobody was able to tell us where to go to find one. In the end, we were forced to call their 1-800 number (our least desired outcome).

All I wanted was a quote. I got one and didn’t like it, our insurance was still cheaper. They have called my house twice a day for the last week. They sent me one to two emails a day and I got a letter in the mail. We have told them we weren’t interested and they still hound us. I do not recommend you give them your info. Their rates are average if not $10 to $40 dollars higher than other services but they refuse to stop contact.

I left a claim to Geico online. Then I got a call, that agent will come and inspect my car etc etc. Nothing happened, nobody came. Nobody responded to further messages.
It is illegal to refuse a claim response with no reason!!
I do not recommend this company to anyone. My case shows: you pay for insurance, but in fact you do not have insurance!

I'm not sure how insurance companies get their quotes, but a previous person said they went with Farmers and got cheaper rates.  I just LEFT Farmers and switched to Geico and I saved over $125.00 per month and I'm enjoying my savings.  I gave it four stars because I'm still unsure about their service because I haven't yet had to make a claim.
