The guy behind the counter ripped us off, he showed me a nice room then said I could get a cheaper room, which was 7dollar less and was a completely different room. He told me the only difference was the cable box was broken. The room was very small and the AC was old and filthy, only blew out hot air. Hot water lasted 5 minutes. I couldn't get my money back. These ppl are greedy and I will never come back. I hated even being in the room, it was so depressing.

Do not stay in this awful place! If you care about your health, well-being and safety-move past this place. We booked one night here, because the manager on the front desk offered us discount (no tax). The room looked large, so we agreed. - First of all, TV didn’t work. They advertise free HBO-well, it’s a lie. - There was no fridge in the room. - AC didn’t work properly. It was +8 degrees at night, but AC was blowing only with cold air. And we specifically asked if it works before checking in! There was only thin bed spread, no proper blanket, and we were freezing. - in the middle of a night I was woken up by bangs to next door and loud swearing, someone wanted the person inside to come out. Sounded like criminals... - and the most important: the bed is full of bed bugs!!! I am allergic to those bites, and I woke up with huge swollen red spots over all body. There were over hundred bites! They were itching like crazy, and even now, two weeks later, I still take medicines and have red marks. Don’t even mention amount of money I spent on those pills and ointment, plus doctor’s advice. Of course I was furious and went to talk to the manager. He seemed confused and said no one complained about bed bugs before, but I don’t believe it. He didn’t provide any compensation and just said he’s sorry. Again, if you care about yourself - don’t stay in this hole. There’re plenty of other options for same money.

The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked wonderfully! The staff recommended places to eat, things to see and do, and easy directions to follow to the local market. We will stay at this facility again sometime also longer. Simple but very fair price.

They get no stars from me i went there about a week ago with my 3 boys thinking where going to be comfortable, we wake up to getting eat up by bed bugs. I told the front desk what had happened i even showed then videos of the bugs and he was very rude and un professional, he told me that im a barstonian and told me that i brought them there..ill never tell my family and friends to stay there, ill give them👎👎👎👎👎

The manager is an experienced business professional. They will converse with you about intelligent topics. Very large room and beds comfortable good place to sleep and stay longer. Quick response and very low price !
