Had one appointment with Willow that went great.  She was friendly and did a nice cut.  Made an appointment for 8 weeks later.  I had to reschedule for the following week and was able to make an appointment for Friday.  Show up to my appointment 10 mins early and the doors to the salon were locked.  I called and left a message that I had an appointment and no one was in the salon.  It is now Monday, 2 whole business days later, and still no follow-up call.  Completely disappointed that such a great stylist doesn't have people working for her that are willing to handle the situation professionally.  Loved Willow but will never go back just because of the lack of professionalism.

Some people might not care about who they do business with. But for me integrity of anyone I do business with is important. Willow has been known to constantly try to poach other stylists from competing salons.  I don't think this is a trustworthy business practice.

This is an amazing new salon! I loved the brand new, state of the art space. The stylists are super friendly and very knowledgeable. My cut was excellent (and I can be particular :). I enjoyed relaxing in the spa oasis room with the massage chairs. In talking with the owner, I found out that they are a green certified salon, which I'd never heard of before. They recycle all waste created by salon products and contribute to offsetting their carbon footprint. Very cool! I also like their line of men's hair care products from Italy. I would highly, highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants a great cut, superior service and cares about the environment.

Selena is amazing!  Her knowledge of styling hair as well as her attention to detail is second to none.  She is also very personable with a wonderful sense of humor. I do and would recommend her to anyone.

I just got a great haircut by Selena Eva at Willow Hair Design.  She is very talented and Willow Hair Design is a really cool place, great people.  I highly recommend.
