This place is incredibly slow. When you come in to place an order they sometimes forget your order. I'm very forgiving but this is the third strike. Today I called the order in and they told me it was going to be eight minutes so I came over and 11 minutes later still no food. Now it is a total of 20 minutes from calling to actually waiting they still hadn't got my order. When I asked about it they point to a bag that was sitting on the counter since I walked in and then they told me it was because I had not paid yet. I showed them the receipt where I had paid when I walked in. My family is no longer going to come to Noodles in Gahanna due to terrible service

Would give a better rating but apparently nobody at this location knows how to wipe the tables off. Several had been cleared but were not properly wiped down. They weren’t busy at the time, even saw a guy with a wet towel walk past. Guess it’s hard to get good help. Pan noodles were stuck together in clumps, and no broccoli crowns in my bowl. Overall disappointing, and a little pricey given the smallish portion sizes. Guess nobody really cares about doing a good job at this location

At 9:30 i called in to place a carry out order and was informed they close at 8pm. When we drove by the store 5minutes later. The doors were locked but the hours posted on the door were 11am-10pm. What the hell dont lie to your customers because your too damn lazy and impatient to do your job.

Was given the wrong dish and didnt notice until I got home. Nobody at the store seemed to know what zoodles were even though it was posted on all of their doors and at each table. Update: I emailed their customer service and they are going to send a free meal card.

I went in on Thursday night to get a quick bite to eat, and I wanted to let everyone know how wonderful the cashier Anthony is! So friendly and helpful and that's very rare !
