Placed an online order for delivery and wanted to add a 2-liter drink to the order but no one would answer the phone. Literally, was listening to their auto answering service for over 20 minutes. While on hold I placed another on line order for the 2-liter to be delivered. When the driver arrived I notified him I placed another order due to the fact no one would answer the phone. Approximately, 10 minutes after the driver delivered my food, my drink order was cancelled. And again, I tried to make contact with the store and NO ONE ANSWERED!!! The worst customer service. AVOID this store!!!!

It kills me to even write this as I've had great experiences ordering from this location in the past. The past 3 times I've ordered delivery have been a nightmare. The pizza always arrives in 2+ hours and takes forever. It's cold when it gets here and most of the time burnt. I've ordered the buffalo chicken pizza multiple times too and there's never any buffalo sauce on it. Typically I don't mind when drivers take a little longer as I understand that things happen, traffic can be backed up, certain times are busier, etc. but every time I've ordered lately it's been a terrible experience. I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on. My pizza today is now 2 hours late and I haven't received any type of phone call or texting even saying anyone's running late. At this point I'm ready to order somewhere else and get my money back. So much for being a generous tipper.

EDITING - the person who delivered our items was VERY nice and accomodating. She was great! I'm sure it wasn't her fault it took forever. I'm placing the blame on the people working in the store.

Order from here all the time. Food gets here quick and so far have not had any issues with the food. Any time I go to pick up the manager and staff are always really nice and make great conversation. But I will say that they have been getting alot quicker with their orders. I think they may have gotten new drivers?

Terrible in general. I ordered a pizza it was burnt, cut the wrong way and it took them forever to deliver. Then the second pizza they delivered was burn again.
