I am very disappointed to give only one star because my husband and I absolutely love Longhorn, however this afternoon was our first visit to this location. We decided to have a family day with our 3 year old son and my brother. We got up early, did some shopping at the mall and came in for lunch. We were dressed very casual (jeans, tee shirts and flip flops) since being comfortable was important for a long day of shopping and then grocery shopping after lunch. Now, I have been a server for 14 years and a bartender for 9. With that said I can tell when a server makes a snap judgement of his/her guests based on appearance and decides said table won't be worth the time because he/she assumes the tip is going to be inadequate. Our server didn't even introduce himself, instead began his introduction with, "Welcome to Longhorn, have you ever eaten here before?" It wasn't until after our server took our payment and realized that the tip was over 20% that he/she became attentive to our table. He did keep our drinks full but did nothing to make us feel welcome and make sure our dinning experience was wonderful. The only reason we tipped so well was to prove a point. YOU SHOULD TREAT EVERY GUEST THE SAME, NO MATTER HOW THEY APPEAR BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHO MIGHT BE SITTING AT YOUR TABLE!!!!

Beautiful menu. Quick seating! Quick server and amazing bar. Has everything you would want or need for a drink and the bread is hot and yummy!

Restaurant was great...the service was the terrible part!! When your patron asks for something addt'l, makes it a better dining experience when you don't have to wait 6-7 min to get more butter for your potato or more croutons. Having our teas replenished w/have been nice too but didn't happen @ 2.49 a glass.

My wife and I have been here 5 times in the past year and have always had a excellent dining experience. The most recent time being the best. Our Waiter was amazing. Super kind, quick, and stopped by frequent. The manager even stopped by after our dinner and asked how everything was. That's always a plus in my book. We even saw him helping to clear out a table! Food was great, as always. You can never go wrong with the prime rib. My wife got their new lamb chops and they were amazing as well. Nice quiet atmosphere perfect for the whole family, or a romantic dinner for two.

Decent place, seem to struggle to hit the medium rare mark on steaks. About half the time we eat here the medium rare comes out medium, or medium well on thinner cuts like porterhouse or ribeye. Service is good, place is clean. Seating is mildly fast. Captains mule is a great drink!
