My first time coming here. The chicken tenders are basic at best. What really makes it is their secret sauce, which is actually pretty good. Garlic bread; hands dow best I ever had. Also I wish they had more options. Like can a sister get a BBQ sauce at least....just saying.

I don't usually eat fried food, but I thought I'd give Cane's a shot a few months ago. Wow, I don't know what kind of crack they put in their dipping sauce, but that's some good crack! Seriously, the chicken strips are outstanding, generous portions of fries, and perfect garlic bread every time.

Canes is the greatest chicken place in gahanna. The sauce is amazing, the Texas toast is crunchy where meant to be, but soft and warm everywhere else. The chicken is always warm and tastes good with or without sauce.

The food was fine, but the service couldn't have been much more disappointing. Me & two friends stood at the front counter for about 5 minutes while multiple employees walked past us without any acknowledgement. I would have been fine with a "someone will be with you in a minute," but no one said a word. When we finally got to order, the food took about 20 minutes. Finally, one of us needed a box on the way out and had to wait while a manager(?) yelled for an employee to take care of us, who couldn't hear because she was wearing headphones. It ended up being about another 5 minute wait just to ask someone to give us a box. Just felt really lazy and impersonal...as a fellow server I understand the struggle of the service industry, but this was noteworthy.
