When it comes to basic food prep this guy's have no clue.  I ordered a salad, the most basic thing about cutting a cucumber is you throw away the tip because it is bitter.  They missed it by accident?  I don't think so.  They also did the same thing with the end of a lettuce head.  That was also in my salad.  Come on guys take some pride in what you serve.  I know you work for minimum wages but that is a different story..

While I LOVE Noodles & Co. I try to order online before stopping in to cut down on my wait time. Because I am Gluten Free & prefer a pretty customized order, the online restrictions do not allow for me to place an easy order through the ordering portal. Because of this, I call Noodles and place my order via phone before picking up. However, this Noodles & Co NEVER answers their phone. It's almost become a game for me to see how many times I can call without them answering and it can be upwards of 20 times. AWFUL customer service.

Food was good after the second time it was made. They were training some new staff and it showed. Manager was nice enough to smooth things over but I'll give them some time before I go back.

Great customer service. Wife ordered a dish she was not sure about, it turns out it was too spicy for her. She was embarrased. I approachrd the counter, explained the issue, and attempted to buy a different dish. The manager on duty was really sweet and she told us it's no charge. The whole staff was super nice and tur food was excellent. I am aware that this is a demonstration of corporate policy. However they executed and comported themselves so nicely that i thought it was worth mentioning!
