I took my wife to lunch here a couple of weeks ago. Now I know that most of these locations are rather busy and that is fine. Our food was really good. Kinda strange overhearing our waitress tell her co-workers that she is going to start being rude to her tables because the tips have been bad. (I'm not complaining about this), My wife and I left her a decent tip and note to help her have a better day. We love the Cheesecake Factory and we will be back again!

The Cheesecake Factory is one of my absolutely favorite places to eat. It has a nice, casual atmosphere, but the food is five-stars. I'd recommend this location to anyone. Much better than Southdale!

If I could give a zero I would. This location will KILL SOMEONE with the practices with which they engage. My office ordered Potato tots and received Crab bites. While two orders were complete crab there was one order where they were mixed with the potatoes. When the delivery service contacted the restaurant the staff at this location stated that they only made potatoes. The Cheesecake Factory is very lucky that no one here is allergic to shellfish as this would have caused a life threatening allergic reaction. Again if this is how The Cheesecake Factory Conducts business I am surprised that they are still an active company. I highly recommend that all consumers avoid the Cheesecake Factory.

Very disappointed in the service I have recieved. They told us that the wait would be about 30 minutes and that we could go anywhere in the mall besides Macy’s with the pager. About an hour later we walked back and checked how much longer it would be until we got seated. They informed us their are 13 people in front of us so it will be another 5-10 minutes. We waited out on the bench for another 15-20 before going back to check how much longer it would be. When we got up to the counter the guy asked us “coming to check how much longer again” and we said yes. When he went to look for our name on the list it was gone. A lady came up to us and said we paged you three different times and put you on the hold list. We informed them that we were sitting right out the door and our pager never went off. The lady was quite rude and told us we can be put at the top of the list but she couldn’t give us a wait time because customers don’t wanna get up today. We ended up walking out and will not return

Only my second time to The Cheesecake Factory anywhere and I was disappointed. I was sat right by where they ring up  because there was only two of us so we had to hear the personal conversations of how bad the job is and how much they don't like other people. The food was sub par and the so was the service. I expected so much more especially a foodie like myself. The Crab dip was delicious tho
