Went here on a Friday around 1:30 and was expecting it to take forever. I don't think anyone likes going to the DMV but this place was honestly great. I filled out my form online and saved a lot of time. Someone was there to help you if you hadn't, and then help you get a ticket. There's lots of seating too which is nice and it's easy to hear what number is called. I was in and out in half an hour.

Renewing your licenses is required by law. But as soon as I walked in to the Norcross location I felt like I was in jail. Then the woman helping me at the window, Shalonda, was extremely rude. She was very upset I had a paper application, that I got off the website. She said "now I will have to sit here and enter all your info in!" I am sorry, Shalonda, that you have to do your job!!! She eventually tried to be nice. But it was too late.

Fast and organized.  Make sure you  have all the required documents and do the application online ahead of time and it is even faster.  they were friendly and efficient.

Even though queues are long, the staff are fantastic and do their best to make sure everyone is served as quickly as possible.

I went to go get an ID on a Saturday and I didn't wait in line long at all. It's outrageous that I had to pay $32 for an ID but the people were nice and made me laugh and helped me out because I forgot my Birth Certificate and the attendant let me bring it in later in the day.
