OMG 😮 THEY ARE SO RACISTS,and RUDE IM REALLY HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE, the lady was raisin me , and others her voice in front to the another persons. like she is the owner , and you feel like yo are there like homeless, or whatever !! They don’t care about no body !!! Doesn’t have respect for no body , I can’t believe people like that , are working in customer service.and most , way they are working for the government.

Worst service ever! They don't listen to your complaint at all and will look for the littlest mistake to not give u what you're there for. And that one lady that keeps yelling to stay on the "right side of the line". Like, people are adults and not kids, act like a sensible human being and be courteous. It wouldn't remove a pint of blood from your body!!!

If there were a (-5) start I would choose that one. The service was awful!!! The worst experience I have ever had in a DSS office... The woman on charge does not even do an effort to listen to your complain. It was very frustrating. I do not want to go back to that place ever in my life! I would rather prefer driving 30 more minutes to find respectful people in another DSS.

Hours and Days of operation needs to updated for this location it says open on Monday I wasted my time coming because they are closed on Monday but Google clearly says they are open from 7:30-6:30

If you do your homework, go to the website, look over the recommended documents to bring and do it , everything will go smoothly.
