I feel if you want to be picky about letting my wife pay with my card even though the last names are the same.Then you shouldn't let them take information or the tag or the sticker if the names are not the same either. I mean who are you looking out for?:

I've had to come to this office a few times. Always friendly and helpful. Really appreciate them.

This office as well as the one on Peachtree Pkwy ought to be ashamed of themselves. I need them to get it together. I've been given the run around while they work to figure out which County I'm in. I showed all the proof that I'm in Gwinnett. Heck, they renewed my Camry in Gwinnett but trying to register a 2nd vehicle has been a pure nightmare. Being sent between them and Dekalb makes for a horrible customer experience. I especially thought Grace on Peachtree Pkwy was extremely rude...she kept cutting me off when I tried to talk but kept running her mouth because she held the "power" In her hands. Learn some customer service etiquette before accepting roles such as these.
