My son and I recently went shopping to find quality work boots for his job. We received great customer service from Kristen who took a lot of time to fit his narrow foot and to explain how a proper fit should feel. She was extremely knowledgable about shoe fitting. Another great reason to shop locally!

This review is a bummer to write as I really try to support local/small businesses as often as possible. They have a pretty decent selection of athletic shoes, and the floor salesperson was really knowledgeable about the products and provided top notch service. However, when I attempted to make a purchase with a valid gift certificate, I was told the manager would have to assist with the transaction. I was then accused by the manager of being in possession of a stolen gift certificate. I was ultimately able to redeem the gift certificate, but in short, the customer experience was very insulting and strange.

I have been all over town looking for shoes that would meet work dress code and would help with my plantar facsietis. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and got me exactly what I was looking for. She listened to my concerns and showed me shoes that offered support where I needed it. I was very impressed and will be back again, thanks!

Come on! They might have been busy with something. They are absolutely superb in their customer service. I bought a pair of Chinese Red Wings that did not fit well. I live about an hour and a half from Medford, so I don't go there often. I returned about two months later with my ill fitting boots, which was beyond Red Wings replacement provisions, but they returned them and gave full credit towards a pair that we ordered from Red Wing (American-made). There are few retailers who would do that.
