I had an outstanding customer service experience at Burch's. My brother bought shoes here before and after the soles wore out they fixed them, for free. This made me curious what it would cost to have my Red Wing boots polished/conditioned. I figured they'd charge a small fee due to the fact I didn't purchase the boots there. Nope, free of charge! The next time I'm looking for shoes or boots I'll definitely shop here. If you go there talk to Vera. She hooked me up with the polishing and seems to have good knowledge on how to maintain your boots. Again, great customer service!

Good place for women's shoes. The men's selection sucks. Going downhill Burch's. Won't be back.

Service was great, a little hard to find parking. The only thing I noticed is hat they don't stock enough. A few times now they didn't have my size in.  Overall though, they care about their customers so I will definitely return.

My wife went to Burch's Shoes to get a custom made orthotics.
It was a disaster from start to finish.
We met the man that makes the orthotic.  He was not friendly at all.
But my wife needed the orthotic so we went ahead.
In my opinion he was insulting to my wife both times we were at the store.
it became apparent that he was not very experienced in doing this.
My wife was not at all comfortable.  He then started to ad a piece to them here and there.
It was apparent that it was not going to work out.
We asked for a refund and he said yes
And he said "I am sorry I wasted your time" in an insulting tone.
I would NOT patronize nor recommend this store to anyone.

OK, Burch's is pricey.  But......they take returns with no hassles, they really help you find shoes that fit and they have super comfy brands.  My favorite shoe store anywhere.
