I give this place no stars due to the poor product that I was sold resulting in foot injury and the very poor customer support.  I had to post this with one star, but this store does not deserve that much.

Very unimpressed.  The help in there was pretty much ignoring me as a male shopper and fawning all over the female shoppers. Too bad for them that I was ready to buy two pairs of shoes but the terrible service has me looking elsewhere. Ecco corporate: change out some of those attitude problem employees

The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. This is my go-to place for comfortable shoes for everyday wear.

I just had the best experience at The Walking Company in Valley River.  The store was busy and I didn't expect much service.  I was looking for a pair of new work shoes my current ones were killing my feet.  I found one that looked good and asked the associate if i could try it.  She measured my foot on a computer and it showed where my pressure was.  The employee told me all about my feet and where my pressure was, it showed my heels were all red and that's where they hurt.  She brought out a bunch of different styles that she recommended and some were even on sale.  It was the easiest time I have ever had buying shoes.  I am going there first next time.
