I went in to trade in my Jeep for a new car. I worked with Tito and he was great. He was in constant contact through text before I came in. Making sure he had all the info he needed before I even arrived. We test drove 2 cars that he had warmed up for us to go. He was easy to work with and even though they were slammed, he made sure we were comfortable and also had a long discussion with my girlfriend about the college they both attended. She also thought he was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I had to come back 3 days later to have the battery replaced since the 1 it came with wouldn't hold a charge. Other than that, great experience.

If you're looking for a vehicle with low miles and a low price this is the place to go. Everyone is so nice and our salesman Dimitry Fox was the best. He is very friendly and honest. He was very patient with us as we looked at different vehicles, was not pushy, and did his best to make sure we were satisfied. He and the others that handled the financing stayed a couple hours after closing to get everything done. Thank you for a great car buying experience.

I worked with JASON LINDSEY and he did what he said and said what he did. I am from New Orleans & he made my experience wonderful considering I was buying a car sight unseen until I flew to Cleveland to buy it. He even picked my daughter and I up at the Cleveland Airport in the car so I could have a great test drive before I bought it. I had the car inspected by a local, Di Lizio Auto Repair, who did the inspection (for a very reasonable price) and gave me the report on the same day I ordered it. Jason was extremely patient to my 100's of questions ( and I'm not easy), fully addressing each one, and never pressured me whatsoever.... It is my very strong experience and opinion that Jason sincerely cares about his clients and wants to help them buy the right automobile that fits "THEIR" needs and desire. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! TOTAL SCAM!! I went to this dealership 3 times to look for a car. First visit I was told the car wasn't there and would get a phone call when it was available, but never did. Found 2 other cars I was interested in, so I went back. 1st car was in an accident and pulled to the right, but had to wait for the second one (again) because someone took it home. I received a phone call saying the car was in so I went back. From the time I was waiting the car price went from 17.7k to 16.9k in a week. I test drove it and had it washed myself since it was completely snow covered and wanted to make sure the panoramic roof worked. I Noticed the rims on all the tires were deeply gouged. The reason why the tire pressure was low...rim leaks. I went back to the dealership and was told to talk to Aaron that he can only say yes or no on deals. Aaron came with a piece of paper saying the car is for sale for 18.9k and he cannot negotiate on the car because they got the car for 15k and put 3k into it for transporting the car from Canada, paying the auctioneer and had to have someone come in to change the car from km to mi. First of all the seller pays the auctioneer at an auction and I changed the other car that was in an accident from km to mi when I test drove it, you push 3 buttons. I also showed Aaron the price of the car for 16.9k on the website he said they can honor it for 17.4k. I told him I would need money off the car to buy new rims he said he cannot lower the price. I then offered him the exact price of the car on the for 16.9k in cash and would need the rims swapped off the other car which were identical just not damaged. Aaron said that they cannot do that because they have to pay their mechanic to do that even though they pay their mechanic by the hour anyway. As far as I am concerned they only want to sell damaged cars then try to offer you another car your not interested in like they are doing you a favor...Bait and Switch.

Brooke was an excellent sales person. She spent the whole day finding a car for me and my mom. She was very patient with us. Not only did we leave with great cars and great prices but we left with smiles on our faces.. everybody please please go to north coast auto mall and see Brooke for great deals and cars.. thank you so much Brooke and every else who helped put a smile on my face 🙂👍👌
