Because I missed a few appointments earlier in the year, I am forced to call ahead the day of to schedule appointments. I have to be at work at 7 and this ridiculous place doesn't open until 9. This leaves me in limbo and there needs to be a expiration date for this process. I understand the reasoning, but after over 4 months there is no reason why such a process should continue.

When I was finally able to schedule an appointment, the hygienist was exceptionally rude. She spent the entire time berating my dental care or lack thereof instead of providing me with helpful information on the right way to do things. NC Dental prides itself on being a comfortable and friendly environment and this woman was not that at all. Instead of tearing into her clients, she should provide helpful tips and information as not all of us were raised knowing the proper way to care for your dental health; socioeconomic status plays a monumental role in that. It's a shame, Dr Zeaman and his direct staff are absolutely wonderful - friendly, gentle, careful. This other lot however, is shameful. Two sides of a coin!

I Love them at the front desk, Very caring and understanding have not met a bad attitude out of no one as of yet. Keep it up lady's and my doctor is the best of the best 10 years and counting as a patient.

This place is very poorly ran. The front desk is extremely rude. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I've tried to be patient with this place but I've had enough. I transferred care somewhere else simply because of the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This place needs to be shut down. I asked for my family's records to be sent to my new dental office and it took them months to get it right and they still couldn't get it right. I went to pick up the records so I could give them to the new dental office and they told me they only give a copy of the x-rays. Any findings from the dentist isn't included. What happened to continuity of care? This place doesn't have it. The front desk women are rude. They all look like they hate their jobs, and the worst part of all, you can hear them discussing patient information. Does HIPAA not exist in dentistry? I feel for anyone who continue to use this place for dental care. My family will NEVER come back to the Northcoast Dental in Maple Heights.

They Dentist and the assistants are very nice and friendly but the front desk can be very rude I travel for work so sometime I may not be back in time so I called to let them know and the lady got very snippy as if I was doing her wrong I felt that was very rude  it happened twice but each time I called in before my apt. She then tells me they cant make me a new apt. I have to call and see if they can fit me in like there doing me a favor so I am taking my buss elsewhere where it will be appreciated
