Currently a patient here. Ive had my braces on for 4 years. No one knows when they will come off. I paid my balance off in the first year, so its not my fault. Today is August 4, 2017, my braces were supposed to come off August 2015. The staff is friendly though

I got my braces in January 2015. I have had nothing but the best experience with Dr. Kates office. He is a great dentist and always makes me feel welcome when I come in. The only thing that I do not like is that I wish they were open a tab bit later in the evening or had weekend hours for those who can't get the time off to come in.

I love this place! Every single person is so friendly and fun!! They are always patient with any questions I have asked. They are 100% affordable and do quality work. I recommend them to anyone considering braces!

Dr. Kates has been my orthodontist since 2009. Since completing my treatment in 2011, I have been 100% satisfied with the results! Dr. Kates is passionate about his patients, practice and staff, he's awesome!! All I needed was $199 to start, I did not need a down payment or insurance, there was no credit check or interest for my payment plan!! I never had to wait long at my appointments, the staff was always polite to me, the office was always clean and the office managers always made sure I was taken care of at every visit! I love this office and will refer Dr. Kates to everyone!! Oh, Dr. Kates gives referral credits and sibling discounts! Who can top that????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maintaining your appearance in the business world is highly important - whether it's as simple as a handshake, eye contact, or even the way you communicate, someone is observing you.  And, because thoughts like these came to mind while working in the professional world, meeting and greeting people was never a concern; instead, it was what they saw in front of them - my smile. Many people have always complimented my smile, but I insisted on getting  the spacing between my teeth closed to feel more confident about myself. With that being said, from the time I made my first visit for the installation of my braces and now since the removal, Dr. Kates and his staff have welcomed me into their family. They have accomodated my scheduling needs for monthly assessments and have encouraged me to reach for my goals.  They are more than a business, they are family. I assure that anyone who is looking for dental treatment and have a feeling of self-belongingness, Dr. Kates Orthodontics is the right choice.
