I've been to many chiropractors over the years. I sit and study being a pastor and my neck, low back becomes stiff and I wasn't about to focus. After visiting other chiropractors over the year, I would feel better for a day or two, then the pain and irritation was back. I tried massage, that worked great for a day, but the next day, same old story of return pain and irritation. My neck and back was killing me so I decided to try a different chiropractor. I went looking on the web and found Dynamic Integrative Health. I soon found that they use a different approach that works and LASTS. They use a team effort to get you out of pain and back to normalcy. They pinpoint your problems and figure you out. Then by combining exercise, trigger point injections and adjustments, you get lasting results. The first week I couldn't believe the difference it made. Before I came to DIH, I tried low back surgery, cortisone shots, that didn't work, another surgery doctor deadened the nerves in my low back, that didn't work. Two years and no results until I went to the docs here. I was running out of hope. I'm back to normal after years of pain. The staff will also train you to do simple workouts at home and by taking a few minutes when I feel some pain from sitting, I can work it out. I'm pain free and back cycling again and enjoying a normal life. So yes, I highly recommend you give Dynamic Integrative Health a shot. That's why I took the time to write my review. They earned it!!

Had a wonderful experience at Dynamic Integrative Health. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful the moment I walked into the office. The Chiropractors Dr. Shane & Dr. Long truly care for each of their patients. They take your cares and concerns into consideration to best meet your needs. Would highly recommend them!

Everybody that works here is fantastic. Their approach to healing is like no place I’ve ever been. They don’t just give you an adjustment and then send you on your way. They have you do certain exercises and stretches designed specifically for your issues. They want to not only fix your problem but show you how to keep it from constantly reoccurring. I’d recommend them to anyone.

stars is an easy grade to give to Dynamic.  The concept of whole health should be adopted in more medical genres.  The Dynamic doctors, professionals, and staff have taken, what is an age old concept, and are executing it superbly.  They tamed my tight, disobedient muscles with a holistic muscle relaxer.  Adjusted my entire spine with precision and caring hands.  Took time to explain and comfort this skeptic of the "jerking"-kind-of-chiropractic-care by addressing each and every concern.  And they provided the physical therapy training right there each and every visit so that I am not dependent on them alone to maintain the corrections they have made.   I absolutely love that they treat the whole experience as an educational one for each patient.  Even though they have taught me how to take care of my body better, on my own, I will miss going into their office every week...they made it feel like home.  From the Christian music playing to knowing my name as I walked in the door.  One final note. The cost to get this quality care was so reasonable I honestly asked if they are charging us enough to survive... and I don't have insurance.
