This place is amazing. Best NP who take time to answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable. Back office is also great, always answer my call quickly and apt easy to get in. So happy I have found this place.

Unfortunately, zero stars isn't possible.My primary doctor referred me here. I missed the initial phone call from them so I called back and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up because I work Monday-Friday and I cannot spend 15 minutes on hold. Not off to a good start. I called again late afternoon to schedule and was immediately placed on hold for at least 15 minutes. I hung up again because it's obvious they are too busy for another patient. My primary is referring me to a different doctor. I can't afford to wait 30 minutes to schedule an appointment.

Our insurer is a small company but contracts with a large PPO that has Dr. Mason listed as in network. But Mason's office claimed he is out of network even though he's listed online as being in network. I asked the office staff to simply call our insurer to confirm this.The office staff refused ... wouldn't even make one simple phone call for a patient. Time to find a different doctors office.

Dr. Ikedilo made my pregnancy and post-partum experience comforting and easy! I had many concerns and questions throughout my pregnancy and Dr always got back to me in a timely manner. She is friendly and her positive energy shows that she genuinely enjoys her line of work!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my Dr Ikedildo. The girls in the office are good with the exception of one female, I do not know her name.
