Best place in Providence! Every time my husband and I go out to eat, north is the top option. The flavors are unlike anything I’ve experienced. The food is unreal. The cocktails are excellent. James, the owner, is absolutely brilliant. Do yourself a favor and try this spot. :)

Thoughtful dishes ranging from art to comfort food. Service is attentive and flexible. The beef heart was thinly sliced, perfectly cooked and a discovery.

It's not easy to find a restaurant serves whole fish, even in the ocean state, but here I had a whole sea bream and it was exceptional

The food is extremely fresh and skillfully prepared. I found it excellent. I believed the price was reasonable, especially for the quality and portion size. The chef combines ingredients in ways that are interesting and unexpected, but are very tasty. The most extreme one I had was a rhubarb and asparagus sponge cake. It was very good.  The wine and beer selection is not huge, but just right. They have mixed drinks that match the menu. I would highly recommend this place. It doesn't have reservations or a large amount of seating. It is worth the wait to dine here. The menu changes based on what is fresh.

This place is, hands and feet down, the best restaurant in PVD by a long shot. Their menu selection changes based on seasonality and it's always truly inspired. My go-to drink is Moxie and Fernet which tastes like the summers of my childhood. Just try it, you won't regret it.
