Went in for a lunch. Immediately seated. Quick service. Attentive service. Drinks, apps, bread. All delivered quick. The buffalo blasts were excellent. Main dishes just as good. The restaurant, while close to the mall, is not actually attached. Entrance from Street or garage, with mall entrance a shirt walk away.

Well!  Where do I begin?  Never, ever again would I go to this particular Cheesecake Factory!  (Providence, RI)  I had purchased gift cards for the people we came with (they may come again when you aren't so busy because it will be a free meal for them).  We walked in and I swear there were more people waiting than there were sitting down!  There were six of us and we had to wait about 45 minutes before our "buzzer" went off.  While waiting, my husband went to the bar and ordered a wine.  He lifted the glass to take a sip and, as he described it, it smelled like stale, soapy dishwater.  He left it on the bar. That should have been our first sign.  Turned the buzzer in and we were then sent to the second level where there were about 20-30 more people waiting to be seated!  We were standing next to a young couple finishing up their meal with their children.  I said out loud, " I hope this will be worth the wait" (STILL waiting to be seated).  The dad said, "No and the service isn't that much better!"  The mom then said, " even my wine didn't taste good...had a funky smell and taste!"  Second sign!    Then a young man came over and said, "I've been calling your name...almost gave your table away!"  Brings us to a booth where there was no way the six of us were going to sit comfortably!  We immediately told him we needed more room and could they give us another booth.  He said, "You have to go back to the front desk and wait again for another table!"  I said please get a manager.  A young man manager came and said, "we will try to accommodate you, but it's very busy and we work on a first come, first serve basis."  HELLO!  We have been waiting and think we were before the next people.  The booth next to the booth he sat us in was empty.  We asked if we could sit 3 and 3 in both booths.  He said yes.  So 3 of us sat in one booth and 3 of us in another.  Another woman manager came over and said, " sorry, we are trying to accommodate you, but you can't take two booths!"  So now we have to get up AGAIN and she said, "we ARE trying to accommodate you."  I said, " but you AREN'T!!!!"  I said there is NO way we are going to sit six people comfortably in that booth!  She said, "It's a table for six!"  That's when I said, that's it!  We're out of here!  She kept saying " we're trying to accommodate you!"  Trust me, I myself, have worked in the food industry...if I ever spoke to customers like that I would have been fired!  I can't rate the food because we didn't get that far.  I felt your service could use some polishing and they definitely could have been more "accommodating"!  Hence, the one star ☆.  Sorry, NOT sorry, we will never come to this establishment again.

Tons of options! It took me almost 10 minutes just to get through the whole menu! Included with the immense selection of food the atmosphere, friendliness of staff, and overall experience was very nice. I would definitely find myself here again in the near future. Just wish they had more locations!

The place has great waitressing but...the food it self not so great this time around. I have been here before and it was great then.  The plates, forks, spoons and cups where not clean properly. There is a lot of people in this place so the wait time is ok. I would try it one more time but just for desert.

This is always a great place to have great food.They have an extremely wide variety of food and drink options (just wish they had a few more vegetarian substitutes/options as well) It is slightly on the pricey side, but for the portions they give, it lasts 2/3 meals which is good enough. I really love the complimentary bread they give. They are accommodating in terms of any changes/additions you want to make to your meal as well. I have had the veggie burger, four cheese pasta, stuffed mushrooms and Thai Chicken curry so far and everything was on point. The salads they offer are pretty good as well.Coming to desserts, I prefer the more traditional deserts they offer (like the warm apple crisp) over the cheesecakes as the cheesecake tends to be a bit on the sweeter side for my palette. It has come to be one of my favorite restaurants in Providence.What's even better is that they now deliver on Grubhub,something that I have been waiting for a really long time. Overall, highly recommended and a big thumbs up!
