K was absolutely great! I was a little frustrated at first when I arrived and the vehicle I requested was gone but K made it right and I left as a very happy first time customer! Very friendly and welcoming location! You have a fantastic manager at this location!!! Understands having happy customers is important.

Due to a medical issue, I had to drop my rental car at a location that was not the original agreed-to return location.  The staff at Enterprise handled it easily and efficiently and without any charge.   Thanks!

We were initially declined a rental because the branch manager was unfamiliar with the company's designated driver policy (for when the person renting the car will not be the one driving it - in our case because he didn't have a license).

After I complained on Twitter, one of the corporate representatives responded and the regional manager arranged for us to rent a car. Despite this, the branch manager still didn't want to rent the car to us and kicked up a bit of a fuss. He did eventually rent the car to us after we had him call his regional manager.

First car I rented didn't work properly then the next car just wasn't up to standard I wanted 10 mpg less than original car and no cruise control how do you drive a car across country without cruise control. The only reason I'm giving any stars at all is because the staff was amazing
